Come celebrate a magical Christmas at La Galerie, where enchantment and festivities come together to offer you unforgettable moments.
Your dinner will be accompanied by a duo of musicians (Disc'over).
Adult Menu:
- Royal Hainaut Champagne (12.5 cl) and cocktail pieces
- Puff pastry pie with quail, cep mushrooms, and duck foie gras
- Pan-seared scallops with a duo of carrot and potato purées from the Hauts-de-France region, Nantais butter sauce with champagne, and Aquitaine caviar
- Brie de Meaux stuffed with truffles, dried fruit bread wafer
- Christmas Delight: dark chocolate shell, brownie biscuit and pecans, silky Madagascar vanilla cream
- Coffee, tea, and mignardises
Children's Menu:
- Smoked salmon with a light herb cream
- Vol-au-vent with chicken supreme
- Christmas log: vanilla crème brûlée and dark chocolate mousse
