A refined menu specially devised for the occasion by our Chef, accompanied by the finest vintages from Tenuta Rapitalà, an emblematic estate located south of Palermo, with the exceptional presence of its owner.
Evening Menu:
- Amuse-bouche: Arancini with a caponata heart
Pairing: Chef's selection to start the evening, Italian flavoured La Storia cocktail (12cl)
- Starter: Octopus carpaccio with Etna flavors and pine nuts
Wine pairing: Rosammuri Rosato – Tenuta Rapitalà (14cl)
- Main course: Veal saltimbocca, creamy polenta, spring vegetables and Marsala caramel
